Kutluk Döküm serves the industry with two foundries, 8 engineers and 49 employees in total, with its Bursa facility of 1,500 m² indoor and 3,500 m² outdoor area, and our Bozüyük facility of 5,000 m² indoor and 11,000 m² outdoor area.
Kutluk Döküm casts grey cast iron, ductile iron, all steel alloys, stainless steel and aluminum groups. Operating at full capacity in both factories, Kutluk Döküm also supports its customers in model making and part machining. 50% of the products we produce are exported. We also work with leading companies in the domestic market. State-of-the-art induction furnaces, sand reclamation systems, sand mixers, overhead cranes, sandblasting systems, heat treatment furnaces and metallography laboratories are available within our company.
