As Kutluk Döküm, we have been operating in Bursa for years with our commitment to reliable production. However, to meet our increasing production needs and further enhance our service quality, we have made a new investment, establishing a modern factory in Bozüyük. We are pleased to inform you about this new investment.
Our new factory is located on a 16,000-square-meter site. It consists of three halls. It houses five induction furnaces, two sand mixers, one reclamation machine, one sandblasting station, one heat treatment furnace, five overhead cranes, and a metallography laboratory.
The construction of our factory was completed in September 2022, and we have begun production operations. In our new factory, we are making our production process more efficient by using the latest technological equipment. This allows us to provide faster and higher-quality service to our customers. In our new factory, we have expanded our product range to meet our customers' needs. Our primary focus is large-scale castings. We also produce products for various sectors, such as machinery parts, automotive parts, and agricultural equipment parts. We aim to further strengthen our collaboration with our existing customers and, through collaboration with new customers, achieve a significant position in the industry. We are constantly striving to raise the production and quality standards of our factory.
