Kutluk Döküm, which began serving the aluminum parts casting sector in Bursa in 1980 as Kutluk Alüminyum, underwent institutionalization in 2011 and changed its name to Kutluk Döküm Ltd.
In 2020, due to the increasing demand for steel, and especially stainless steel castings, the company decided to increase its capacity and invested in a 6,000 m² indoor foundry on a 16-acre plot in the Bozüyük Organized Industrial Zone. ICS chose induction furnaces for its foundry investments at its Bozüyük/Bilecik plants. Yılmaz Öner, Founder of ICS Induction and Control Systems, Inc., stated, "We are a knowledgeable, young, and dynamic team with 27 years of manufacturing and service experience. Since our founding, we have become the preferred brand for induction furnace investments in many steel mills and foundries, both domestically and internationally."
It produces in its 3-story, 1,500 m² factory in the Kocaeli Mermerciler Organized Industrial Zone, sells to many locations in Turkey and around the world, sends installation and assembly teams, and also provides service and spare parts for other domestic brands of induction cookers.
In the first phase, we successfully commissioned and delivered the 1850kW ICS Dual Melt 2x2000kg + 1000kg 3-crucible melting system for Kutluk Döküm. In the second phase, the installation of the 1500kW + 350kW 2x3000kg dual-crucible ICS Melting & Holding system at Kutluk Döküm has been completed, and commissioning will be completed and delivered in September.
For the third phase, we have signed contracts for the 350kW 500kg + 750kg double-crucible ICS Melting System and included it in our production plan.
